During my school years, I received my art education primarily as an oil painter. Working at the peak of the conceptual art fade- I was often stuck listening to hour long explanations about how a can of old yoghurt  expressed deep human emotion. To counter this melancholic state of affairs, I set out to create spaces  I could escape to and live in, resulting with this series.
